Release Highlights

The DLLs-only release of Aspose.ZIP for .NET 24.11 introduces a new archive format to the library—LHA—enabling direct extraction of legacy compressed files used in archival and software distribution workflows.

✳️ New Feature

  • Full LHA Archive Support:
    • Added the LhaArchive class for reading .lha and .lzh files.
    • File and folder-level access via LhaArchiveEntry and LhaDirectoryEntry.
    • New methods and properties:
      • ExtractToDirectory() for full archive unpacking.
      • Extract() for single file or directory extraction.
      • Metadata access via Name and Length.

This feature enables .NET developers to integrate legacy archive handling directly into modern applications.
